Man dies by suicide after family dispute in Tiruvallur

TIRUVALLUR: A 30-year-old private company employee died by suicide at his residence in Tiruvallur, allegedly following a family dispute, police said.

The deceased, Chandramouli, a resident of Indian Bank Street in Kakkalur, was found hanging in his room on April 14.

Police said he had been facing issues with family members.

He was reportedly under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.

Following a complaint, Tiruvallur Taluk police registered a case and began an inquiry.
