Dr N Kumar is new V-C of TNAU

Chennai

Born in Kadukkarai village of Kanyakumari district, Kumar was dean (horticulture) of TNAU here from July 2009 to June 2013.

He has a rich professional experience of 36 years in research, teaching, extension, farm management and has held various administrative posts, a press release from TNAU release said. He has authored eight books and guided 13  research scholars in their PH D work.
