CHENNAI: DMK Deputy General Secretary K Kanimozhi on Wednesday said that the party's manifesto for the ensuing Assembly election would be released soon.
She said the manifesto preparation committee, headed by her, has been holding consultations with various associations and communities across the State, including representatives of the fishermen community. The associations submitted their representations to the committee during the interactions.
Speaking to reporters at Anna Arivalayam after a consultative meeting, Kanimozhi said that the committee, in consultation with Chief Minister and DMK president MK Stalin, has been touring different parts of the State to gather views from different sections of society for the manifesto.
"We are considering all the suggestions received from various sectors. Valuable recommendations will be incorporated in the manifesto, which will be released by the Chief Minister," she said.
Kanimozhi also said that the public could submit their suggestions online through a dedicated website (https://tnmanifesto.ai) created by the DMK.
"People can upload their suggestions in multiple formats, including documents and voice notes. All valuable inputs will be examined for inclusion in the manifesto," she added.
