CM Stalin also declared that it would be an annual affair.

In a statement, the government said Tirukkural recitation, painting, musical performances, seminars, drama, quiz programmes, and conferences will be held in various districts across the State, with the participation of students, teachers, and members of the public. These programmes will be organised by the Department of Tamil Development.
