In the title-decider, SRM got the better of Osmania University 3-2 to finish first. The victor had defeated Krishna University (3-0) and University of Madras (3-2) on its way to the summit clash. University of Madras took the third place while University of Calicut gotthe fourth spot.
The top four teams have qualified for the All-India Inter-University Table Tennis Tournament for Women that is scheduled to be held at Chithara University (Solan, Himachal Pradesh) between December 25 and 27.
Results: Quarter-finals: SRM IST beat Krishna University 3-0; Semi-finals SRM IST beat University of Madras 3-2; Final: SRM IST beat Osmania University 3-2.
