Pulwama martyrs: Vedanta extends helping hand to families
Vedanta Chairman Anil Agarwal said they stand in full readiness with the Government for any other support and assistance to help the martyrs' families in this moment of grief.

Vedanta Resources has announced to help the family of Pulwama martyrs with a contribution of Rs 10 lakh per person, saying no gesture is sufficient to compensate for the loss of precious lives.
The company has also expressed its readiness to assume responsibility for the education of their children.

On February 14, a convoy of vehicles carrying CRPF personnel on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway was attacked by a vehicle-borne suicide bomber at Lethpora in Pulwama district in which 44 jawans were martyred.
