Congress expels 28 rebels in Rajasthan
Former Zila Pramukh of Dausa Ajit Singh Mahuwa, Salumber Panchayat Samiti Pradhan Reshma Meena, and Sujangarh Panchayat Samiti Pradhan Santhosh Meghwal are other leaders who were expelled from the party.

The Congress has expelled for six years, 28 of its rebel functionaries or members, including a former Union Minister and 12 ex-MLAs, for contesting December 7 Assembly elections in Rajasthan against the party nominees.
As per the expulsion order issued by the PCC here on Sunday night, former Union Minister Mahadev Singh Khandela has been expelled for entering the fray from Khandela constituency of Sikar district while ex-Rajasthan Minister Babu Lal Nagar is contesting election from Dudu(SC) in Jaipur district.
Former Gujarat Governor Kamla Beniwal's son has also been expelled following his refusal for withdrawing from Shahpura-Jaipur and ex-Chairman of the Rajasthan Nomadic Welfare Board Gopal Kesawat is still in the fray as rebel from Shahpura(SC) Bhilwara.
Besides, ex-Minister Mr Nagar, 11 other former MLAs namely Sohan Nayak(Raisinghnagar-SC), Dr C S Baid (Taranagar-Churu), Ramesh Khandela (Neem Ka Thana), Ramesh Khinchi(Kathumsr-SC), Ramkesh Meena (Gangapurcity), Nawal Kishore Meena (Bamanwas), Nathuram Sinodiya(Kishangarh), Sanyam Lodha(Sirohi), Bhimraj Bhati's(Pali), Khusbir Jojawar(Marwar Jn) and CL Premi(Kesoraipatan-SC) have been expelled from the party.

Of the expelled leaders, 11 were members or office-bearers in the party state committee (PCC).
