Dreaded criminal arrested with firearms in Bihar
A dreaded criminal was arrested following an encounter in Jaitpur diara (riverine belt) under Barhia police station area in this district late last night.

Police that the outlaw Kundan Singh was overpowered when he was trying to escape after exchange of fire between him and police personnel.
Sources said the gangster's other associates made good their escape from the spot.
Police said one rifle, country made revolver and carbine each and some live cartridges were recovered from the spot.
A massive manhunt has been launched to nab Kundan's other associates.
