All trains will run in the Kashmir valley today on all routes, a railway official told UNI.

He said train will run on Badgam-Srinagar-Anantnag-Qazigung in south Kashmir to Banihal in Jammu region after remaining suspended for two days for security reasons.

"We are acting on the advice of local administration and police who are taking decision keeping in view the security situation in the valley, he said, adding that a fresh advisory was received on Thursday night to resume train service in south Kashmir from today.

However, rail service remained unaffected in north Kashmir and trains continued to chug on Srinagar-Badgam and Baramulla track normally during all these days.
