The hacker's message and videos on the website were centered around the alleged brutalities by the police and Indian Army in Kashmir.

The message said, "Greetings Government of India, and the people of India. Do you know what your so-called heroes (soldiers) are doing in Kashmir? Do you know they are killing many innocent people in Kashmir?”

The hacker also explicitly said that no information was stolen and this was only done to convey a message to the government and people of India.

PHC also said that, "Kashmir will be Pakistan."

    Further details awaited.
