Wife accuses Rajasthan Chief Secretary of molesting daughter at age 13

Geeta Singhdeo, a senior RAS officer, said her daughter has forwarded her written statement to the High Court in this regard and on behalf of the daughter she would lodge a separate case against Meena after consultation with her lawyers. “My husband molested our daughter when she was 13 years old. He abused and mistreated her for nearly two years. She forwarded the email in April this year,” the Additional Director, Public Services, told PTI . 

The officer said she has written to the Prime Minister’s office seeking an appointment with the PM to apprise him of the matter and urge him to order a probe. The husband and wife have been living apart for the last two years. She had earlier filed cases of violence and cruelty against Meena while the daughter has also filed a case seeking maintenance from him. “The cases are pending in the High Court. My daughter and I were quiet on the issue of sexual harassment but now we bring this fact before public because we are facing pressure from my husband,” she claimed. Her daughter gave the statement in support of Singhdeo in case of violence and cruelty. “My human dignity, self-respect, mind and soul has been scarred for life because of this man,” the daughter alleged. The Chief Secretary was not available for comments.
