Solar scam allegation: Chandy shown black flag
Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy, reeling under serious graft charges, was today shown black flags by pro-CPI (M) Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) and pro-BJP Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morach (BJYM) activists in the city and neighbouring Malappuram district today.

Slogan shouting DYFI and BJYM men demanding resignation of Mr Chandy, who was allegedly taken Rs 1.9 crore as bribe, waved black to him as soon as he arrived at Kozhikode Railway Station this morning.
Police used pepper spray to disperse the activists.
DYFI men also shown black flag to him at government guest house in West Hill in the district.
Students Federation of India (SFI) waved black flag to Mr Chandy at Calicut University when he arrived to attend a function this morning. The students, who came near venue of the function were released after arrest, sources said.
