A woman who threw ink on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, during his address to a public gathering on the odd-even scheme, was today sent to one-day police remand
New Delhi
Booked under Sections 186, 353, 355 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code for having obstructed a public servant from discharge of duty, criminal force and intentional assault, Bhavna Arora was produced before a Magistrate in Rohini court.
DP sought one day police remand of the woman to probe the case.
She has accused the Aam Aadmi Party government of involvement in a CNG scam.Â
The woman said the odd-even rule was positive but behind it was a massive CNG scam, of which she had a sting tape. Mr Kejriwal and Transport Minister Gopal Rai did not agree to meet her.Â
