Solar Scam prime accused threatens to expose Chandy

About a month after accusing Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy of taking Rs 5.5 crore bribe and sexual favours, prime accused in solar panel scam on Monday threatened to disclose business deal he had with the former’s son Chandy Oommen. Biju Radhakrishan, the key accused in duping of millions of rupees by offering installation of solar panel, said papers relating to business deal with Chandy Oommen would be presented to the court. Stating the CM has no morale right to describe him as thief or murderer, he said Oommen Chandy himself would be compelled to depose before Solar Commission probing the case based on evidence provided by him. CM Chandy should face the case by quitting his office, he added.
