Ponniyin Selvan to commence shoot from November?

Mani Ratnam's magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan will reportedly resume shooting in November.

Based on the famous Tamil novel written by Kalki Krishnamurthy, the film will see compendium of Indian film stars.

Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Vikram Prabhu, Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai play pivotal roles.

This ambitious project went on floors in Thailand for 90 days last year.

Shooting came to an abrupt halt after the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic.

The team is said to shoot in Madhya Pradesh, Hyderabad and other parts of India starting from mid-November.
