Christmas cake mixing is a very old tradition started in Europe and America. This tradition was followed to celebrate a day by inviting all their friends, relatives, neighbours to state that the festive season has begun.
It is the day when people bring different items from their harvest, including, Cherries, nuts, berry’s, wines, Rum, brandy etc. and mix together and soak it to bake their Christmas cake.
