Giving shelter to man’s best friend
The Madras Carnival, a pet-friendly event with an adoption drive for abandoned dogs, was recently held in the city. Of the 15 abandoned dogs, three lucky ones found a home.

Visitors, that also included noted faces like singers Anitha, Aalap Raju and anchor Mamathi, had a gala time at the carnival that had several stalls of food, art collectibles, clothing and accessories from retail, start-up and online brands.
Some of the guests also showcased their sense of humour and singing prowess at an open mic.
