All these wonderful women and many others are coming together for a series of workshops called The Soul Affair as a part of Avaesa’s first anniversary.

“Our store is meant for everyone, right from the curious seeker, healer, art lover, a beauty admirer and just about anyone. We want to create a meta-physical community and help each other grow by sharing ideas and stories. Meditation, crystals, gem jewellery, workshops are all some of the tools. At The Soul Affair we have curated a series of such workshops for holistic well-being,” says Ramithra Mohandass, one of the founders of Avaesa.

“I will be conducting sessions on tarot card reading and stress relief techniques. In the former, I will put across the origin and basic of tarot reading. In the other session we will look at practical techniques for instantaneous stress relief. The techniques will be based on both modern and traditional knowledge,” explains Shradha Nanavati, creator of Spiritus Space.

Rohini Manohar tells us that if you do yoga with loved ones can help in building deep connection and trust building through yoga. “It is always a beautiful experience to do yoga with your loved ones. People often take up yoga if they want to lose weight or for calming their minds. So if one has company while practicing yoga it only helps build confidence, creates immense happiness and there is a certain aesthetic and visual appeal when you do yoga together,” says Rohini.
