A clip from an old interview of Alibaba founder Jack Ma is once again going viral on social media. Recorded during the World Economic Forum (WEF) at Davos in 2015, the three-minute-long video shows the billionaire businessman talking about the failures that shaped his life, including the time he was rejected by the prestigious Harvard and KFC universities.

The clip also shows Jack Ma sharing his thoughts on gender equality — “one of the secret sources for Alibaba’s success is that we have a lot of women,” he says — how martial art form Tai Chi helps in business, and his vision of changing the world. Founder of the e-commerce giant, Alibaba, Ma is the second richest person of China. According to Forbes, his fortune rose from $21.8 billion in October 2015 to $26.1 in 2016. He was 33rd on the list of billionaires in 2016, 8th richest person in technology and had found his name in the list of Global Game Changers in 2016.
