Merry mixing session
To ring in the holiday season, a traditional cake-mixing session was organised by Taj Coromandel where expats and socialites from the city joined hands with the chefs for a fun-filled evening.

Using the choicest of fruits and spirits, all guests were spotted having a great time during the mixing session. Many of them donned aprons, gloves and caps and joyously participated in the ceremony to bring in the warmth of the festive season. The chefs were spotted helping the guests to carry out the mixing in a proper manner. The ceremony was followed by discussions on recipes for best X’mas cakes and best places to visit during Christmas season. Â
