    (L) Oreo Truffle and (R) Apple Cookies

    OREO TRUFFLE

    Ingredients:

    Oreo Biscuit – 20 nos

    Cream Cheese – 2 tbsps

    White chocolate – 150 gms

    Red food colour – ½ tsp

    Sugar strands – 2 tbsps.

    Method:

    • Take the oreo biscuits in the blender, blend it well to a fine powder.
    • Add in the cream cheese and blend it for a min.
    • Transfer it to a wide mouth bowl, roll it to a ball.
    • Divide it to small portions, spread a butter paper over the workspace.
    • Place a small ball, pat and spread it to a circle, cut it with heart shaped cookie cutter.
    • Remove it carefully to a plastic plate, continue with all the balls.
    • Heat 3 to 4 cups of water in a heavy bottomed kadai, grate the white chocolate, and transfer it to a bowl along with the food colour.
    • Keep the bowl in the center of the boiling water, keep on stirring until the chocolate melts.
    • Remove the bowl carefully, dip the heart shaped oreo biscuits to the chocolate, and be sure it is coated well.
    • Sprinkle sugar strands over the chocolate and refrigerate it for an hour.

    LEMON POPPY SEEDS PANCAKE 

    Ingredients:

    Maida / All-purpose flour – 1 ½ cups

    Egg – 1 no

    Milk – 1 ¼ cup

    Sugar – 4 tbsp

    Lemon juice – 2 tbsp

    Poppy seeds – 1 ½ tsp

    Baking powder – ½ tsp

    Lemon Zest – ½ tsp (optional)

    Vanilla extract – ½ tsp (optional)

    Salt a pinch

    Method:

    • Take all-purpose flour/maida, baking powder, salt, sugar, poppy seeds, lemon zest and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Mix them all together.
    • Beat the egg and milk, until fluffy in a separate bowl.
    • Add in the lemon juice to the flour and mix them.
    • Pour in the egg and milk mixture little by little and mix them well (be sure no lumps are formed).
    • Rest it for 5 mins.
    • Heat griddle with a tsp of butter and spoon the batter in the center of the griddle, wait until its cooked.
    • Sprinkle a tsp of butter all over the pancake, swap the side of the pancake and cook for few mins or until it turns golden brown. Serve hot with honey.

    APPLE COOKIES 

    Ingredients:

    Apple – 1

    Peanut Butter - 3 tbsp

    Sugar Sprinkles – 1 tsp

    Grated Chocolate – ½ tsp

    Grated Almond – 1 tsp

    Method:

    • Wash and cut the apples into ¼ inch circle like slices.
    • Remove the center portion of the apple using the knife without damaging the apple outsides.
    • Apply the peanut butter over the apple slices .
    • Then sprinkle the grated chocolates and sugar sprinkles.
    • Finally garnish with grated almonds.

    Note:

    • What Toppings you want is your choice. You can use chocolate chips instead of grated chocolates. 
    • You can also use cashew nuts instead of almonds.

    CHOCOLATE BREAD SANDWICH

    Ingredients:

    Bread Slices – 4

    Grated Chocolate – 2 tbsp

    Butter – 1 tsp

    Method:

    • Cut out the edges of the bread slices.
    • Apply the butter on one side of the slices.
    • Fill 2 of the slices with grated chocolates.
    • Then close the chocolate filled slices with other slices. Now you can get 2 sandwiches.
    • Now heat the tawa and place the sandwiches and toast till they turns into golden color.
    • Then turn over the sandwiches and toast till the other side also turns into golden color.
    • Cut the slices diagonally and serve it immediately.

    Note:

    • You can use chocolate sauce instead of grated chocolates.
