‘Truecaller Priority’ to enhance delivery
Mobile communication app Truecaller launched ‘Truecaller Priority’ to aid last mile delivery in the e-commerce space.

Launched in partnership with EKART, the supply chain arm of Flipkart, the new feature will let users know when their package is about to reach them. “With this launch, EKART will ensure that users will only get relevant logistics calls from them,” said Nami Zarringhalam, Co-Founder-CSO at Truecaller. The service will help EKART complete more deliveries with increased call completion and pick-up rate by boosting efficiency.
