‘Designing is a part of creative expression’

My new work is an evolution of my previous work. It is constantly evolving and I’m using newer stones. Some of the designs are very different. They are more elaborate. I’ve done a really interesting collection in gold, which is sort of very tribal yet very modern. So that’s what’s really fun and interesting!

The cosmos is always inspirational. I mean it is just the metaphor for all that is enchanting and it excites me. Also the stones as you know have reverberation powers and so that is also sort of cosmic. As for architecture, I love linear shapes, movement, flow. arches, window frames, columns and pillars. All of that reflects in my work.

I find it an amazing expression of creativity. I find that to harness a look and a vibe in a pair of earrings that sort of speaks for your personal design sensibility is always a challenge. Its most fulfilling because I’ve been told by all my clients that we can spot you and your designs, a mile away.
