Directed by debutant Venkata Krishna Roghanth, former assistant of SP Jananathan, the film also features Megha Akash and Maghizh Thirumeni in important roles. A source says, “Kaniha has combination scenes with Vijay Sethupathi and her role will be a way different from her previous films. She has already begun shooting for the project.”
Touted to be a musical thriller, major portions of the film will be shot in and around Kodaikanal. The project will have music by Nivas Prasanna and cinematography by Mahesh Muthuswamy. Kaniha is also waiting for the release of Mammootty’s much-awaited film Maamangam.
