CHENNAI: On Wednesday, the makers of Thalaivar Thambi Thalaimaiyil revealed that the film is all set to hit the screens on January 30, with a quirky video. Headlined by Jiiva, the film is written and directed by Nithish Sahadev.
Billed to be a fun-packed political entertainer, the star cast includes Thambi Ramaiya, Ilavarasu, Prathana Nathan, Jensen Dhivakar, Jaiwanth, Sarjin Kumar, Rajesh Pandian, Subash Kannan, Amith Mohan, Anuraj OB, Sharath and Savithri.
Vishnu Vijay composes the music, while KR Group is bankrolling the project. Bablu Aju is handling the camera, while Arjune Babu takes care of the cuts.
Meanwhile, Jiiva, who was last seen in Aghathiyaa, has Jolliya Iruntha Oruthan in the pipeline. This film marks the reunion of the iconic trio, Jiiva, director M Rajesh and music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja, after Siva Manasula Sakthi.
