Arun Vijay takes a dig at Siva, yet again?

Arun Vijay’s cryptic tweet on Saturday when he posted a silence emoji created a furore among Sivakarthikeyan’s fans post the release of Mr Local. It is to be noted that during the release of Seema Raja, Arun Vijay took a dig at Sivakarthikeyan but later revealed that his account was hacked.

Back then, he said that ‘every Tom, Dick and Harry is turning into a ‘mass hero.’ But, Tamil audience knows the truth’. He further requested his fans to support new talent.

Ardent fans of Sivakarthikeyan lashed out at Arun. However, the actor quickly did damage control by tweeting, “Hi guys...Its confirmed officially! My next project announcement is going to be out next week..The previous tweet was regarding this. Please dont misinterpret. I am just focussing only on my work which I really love. Thank you..(sic)”

Going by the rumours, all is not well between Arun Vijay and Sivakarthikeyan especially after the former’s tweet about the Rajini Murugan actor becoming a ‘mass hero.’ Arun Vijay deleted the post and issued a statement in which he said, “No one’s greater or smaller. I’ve always respected talent and will continue to do so. I’ve never had and never need to demean a colleague. Kindly don’t divide the healthy brotherhood we actors share (sic).”
