Bihar college student killed in Xmas revelry

The deceased was identified as Aaditya Sharma, 20. He was admitted to a private hospital in Poonamalee with a stab injury on his neck, where he was declared dead on arrival. 

He was possibly stabbed by a sharp wooden object on his neck during a fight on Friday while they were celebrating Christmas. 

It looks like a fight broke out between the students in which they allegedly attacked each other with chairs and wooden articles in which Aaditya was stabbed on his neck with a furniture piece, police said. 

Senior police officers including Kancheepuram SP, who is in charge of Tiruvallur, visited the place of incident. Vellaivedu police registered a case in connection with the murder and an inquiry is on to find out the attacker.
