Kanchi police hold COVID awareness rally
More than 350 police officials in Kancheepuram took out a two-wheeler rally to create awareness on COVID-19, in Kancheepuram on Saturday.

The Kanchi taluk police, the Vishnu Kanchi police, the Siva Kanchi police and armed unit personnel converged at the Kancheepuram Collectorate before moving out in a rally.
The rally took out the message that COVID-19 could be defeated with due care. It urged the citizens to exercise due care as the chances of spread was higher during the festival season and since the northeastÂ
monsoon had set in.
The health department had issued a similar guideline and asked people to stay indoors. The Superintendent of Police, Kancheepuram, Shanmugapriya, flagged off the rally.
