Alcohol is back at city airport
The duty-free shops at Chennai airport restarted sale of foreign liquor on Friday. The shops had stopped selling alcohol ever since the lockdown was announced.

Though they resumed sales in between, it was stopped based on a request from revenue officials, who found those returning from abroad spending mandatory quarantine drinking alcohol at free camps and creating ruckus. Officials are now expecting duty-free shops to pick up business again.
