Battle of biryanis: Fest to bring different styles under one roof

In order to celebrate different styles of biryanis, native to different regions of the state and the country, food forum Chennai Food Guide is bringing back its popular Biryani Festival to the city. The fest will bring some of the best biryanis made by homemakers and expert chefs to Chennai’s gourmands. The Biryani Festival, touted to be one of the largest in the country, will be spread across three days from January 31 to February 2. The fest will make top 10 biryanis, including Hyderabadi biryani and Tamil Nadu Rawther-style biryani, available for pickup at different locations in the city.
