4 held for peddling ganja in Chennai
In different incidents, the city police have arrested four peddlers and seized 6 kg ganja from them. The Anna Salai police arrested S Mani Kandan (24) of Border Thottam and his brother S Bhaskar (22) at Royapettah during night patrol on Tuesday and seized 3.

On the same night, Anna Square police arrested P Vinothkumar (23) of Triplicane at Mattankuppam fish market for allegedly peddling ganja and seized 1.3 kg from him. Also, the Ennore police arrested 30-year-old R Sathish at Ernavur Othavadai street on Wednesday morning and seized 1.2 kg ganja from him. All four were remanded in judicial custody.
