He had been staying in the house for over a year, while three men from Assam, who also work in restaurants, started sharing the house with him recently. On Friday night, all four of them were consuming alcohol at their house, when a fight broke out. “The three men are suspected to have hacked him multiple times and murdered him,” said police. After finding the house open, the landlord entered to see Jithu lying in a pool of blood. He was rushed to the hospital but was declared brought dead.
