Chennai college students fall off bus rooftop while celebrating Bus day

A group of college students in Chennai celebrated Bus Day by climbing on the rooftop of an MTC the bus. Two students were seen in a bike in front of the bus. 

About 30 students fell off together as soon as the bus driver applied the brake. A video of this incident is going viral in social media.

In the video, the students can be seen sitting precariously on the bus roof. Around 20 students have been arrested by the Chennai Police for creating public nuisance. 

The police warned and dismissed the students who created chaos over the incident. Retired police officers said if the students who were part of this mishap were arrested, their education and life would be at stake.

Notably, the Madras High Court had earlier imposed a ban on the celebration of Bus Day.
