DMDK not to issue seperate manifesto: Premalatha
"DMDK will not be issuing any seperate manifesto", said party's General secretary Premalatha.
Chennai
DMDK party's general secretary and wife of party President Premalatha addressed the press on Sunday and said, "DMDK will not announce any separate manifesto but will follow the manifesto announced by its alliance partners. Since our party is contesting in only four constituencies, we did not find the necessity to announce a separate manifesto."
Further adding, "The party will ensure that the promises made in the manifesto proposed by the alliance are fulfilled. Emphasis will be given to the Central and State Government to consider Tamil Nadu and its people's necessities in the future schemes and proposals."
Premalatha said that the party is yet to decide on its stand, to join the cabinet of ministers.
"It's healthy and remarkable to have women candidates for the by-polls....", "Captain Vijayakanth will attend the election campaigns as per the request of his followers. I will start the election campaign in all the 40 constituencies from March 27", she said.
