Glass panel breaks for 87th time at airport

The glass panel measuring four feet by eight feet near the fourth entrance of the domestic arrival terminal came down and shattered. While official claimed that there were no passengers in the area, sources said that one passenger suffered a minor injury in the incident. Soon after the incident, broken pieces were cleared by the staff. The officials claimed that the glass was already marked week and they were planning to replace it. Airport officials said the glass may have shattered due to the vibration caused by the drilling machine at the airport expansion work site nearby.
