Juvenile among 2 held in phone snatching case

Two mobile phones and a two-wheeler were recovered from them. The accused, identified as P Sethupathy (19) and his juvenile aide, were arrested after the police traced the IMEI number of a stolen mobile phone, said sources. 

When the victim S Vinothkumar (38) was walking near Krishna Nagar, a bike-borne duo snatched his phone and fled the spot on October 14 in Perumbakkam. While Pallikaranai police investigating the case, they came to know that Sethupathy was using the phone. While Sethupathy was sent to judicial remand, the juvenile was sent to an observation home.
