2 JCPs and 5 DCPs shifted in city

TS Anbu, joint commissioner of police (East) has been transferred and posted as JC, city central crime branch, in the place of V Balakrishnan, who has been transferred and posted as JC, East, Chennai. Five deputy commissioners of police in Chennai were also shifted in the shuffle.

P Aravindhan, deputy commissioner, T Nagar, has been transferred and posted as DC, Flower Bazaar, in the place of ET Samson, who has been asked to take charge as superintendent of police, Coastal Security Group, Ramanathapuram.

D Ashok Kumar, SP, Coastal Security Group, will be the new DC, T Nagar. Ravali Priya Gandhapuneni, DC, Washermanpet, has been transferred and posted as DC, Mahdavaram in the place of C Kalaichelvan, who will be the new DC at Washermenpet.

Similarly, Dr T Senthil Kumar, SP, Thanjavur and SS Mageshwaran, commandant XI battalion has been asked swap their offices.

Dr S Deeap Ganiger, DC, traffic, west, Chennai has been transferred and posted as SP, Salem in the place of Georgy George, who has been asked to take charge as DC, traffic, West, Chennai. Bandi Gangadhar, SP, Dharmapuri has been transferred and posted as SP, Krishnagiri in the place of D Mahesh Kumar, who has been posted as SP, Dharmapuri.
