‘Vibrant TN Export Summit’ from tomorrow

The objective of EPC is to promote small and medium scale exporters, especially in the southern TN.

“The idea is to upgrade small merchants, manufacturers, retired officials and housewives, who have a passion towards exports, by teaching them the nuances of the export trade with well-structured classes,” EPC Chairman Thirupathi Rajan said along with TCF Chairman S Rethinavelu and summit convenor J K Muthu. Over 1,000 participants were expected to attend the summit, which would deal with informative topics related to export business.

In all, there would be 12 sessions, including panel discussions on topics like ‘Exploring Export Opportunities; Role Plays; Best Practices in Foreign Trade’, ‘Export Biz Riskka? Ruskka?’, ‘Local to Global’, ‘Government Support for Exporters’, ‘Export Risk Management’, ‘Buyers Expectation from Indian Exporters’ and ‘Export Success Stories.’

The event is the second in the series of summits we had planned towards making the state more thriving destination in India in terms of exports,” Rajan said.
