Paedophile held in Chennai

According to police, Vinoth, who runs a car wash facility, abused the children sexually, recorded it secretly, and used it to blackmail them to abuse them again. The children were asked not to reveal the incidents to anyone, or risk finding the video online.

On Thursday evening, he approached a 10-year-old boy who was playing outside his house. His parents, daily wagers, comes back only at 8 pm. Vinoth lured the child after giving him his mobile phone to play and then invited him home. Once there, he tried to assault him sexually. When the kid resisted and tried to escape, Vinoth slapped him repeatedly.

When they returned to find their son with tears and injuries on his face, the parents confronted Vinoth, who denied everything. But the public who gathered thrashed and dragged him to Adambakkam police station.

During inquiry, police found Vinoth had a pen camera in his pocket, which contained videos of Vinoth sexually assaulting the boy, and three other similar videos. Vinoth was arrested and remanded injudicial custody.
