Gangster Mani detained under Goondas Act

According to the police, the order was issued on the recommendation of Kanathur police station where several cases against the gangster were pending. He has 30 cases including murder, extortion and others in various police stations. CD Mani alias P Manikandan of T Nagar, was arrested by the police on June 24 along with his aides. His aides, A Ilangovan (36) of CIT Nagar, R Sivakumar (33) of Guduvanchery and R Madhavan (34) of T Nagar are in Puzhal prison, after being detained under Goondas Act.
