Twice married man escapes after expose

Vijay of Ramakrishnapuram in Mylapore, manager at a private firm, married Bhavani of the same locality in 2011 and the couple has two children aged five and two.

Two years ago, the couple separated due to differences without getting a divorce.

However, Vijay secretly married another woman and registered the wedding at Cuddalore sub-registrar’s office.

Bhavani who came to know about her husband’s second wedding lodged a complaint at the Mylapore all-women police station and his second wife’s sister filed a petition at Cuddalore stating that Vijay concealed the fact that he was already married.

During the investigation, it was found that Vijay submitted fake documents in Cuddalore to register his second marriage.

Meanwhile, Vijay went absconding and has reportedly moved the court for anticipatory bail.
