Man wanted by Mumbai police held at Chennai airport
The Mumbai Police’s Economic Offences Wing on Friday arrested a 45-yearold businessman, who was wanted in a cheating case, when he landed at the Chennai airport.

The arrested was identified as Manoj Kumar, a resident of Pallikaranai.
Police said Manoj Kumar had cheated a businessman in Mumbai a few months ago and police have registered case against him under the IPC section 420. After he knew that Mumbai police are searching for him, Manoj Kumar reportedly fled the country.
Following this, Mumbai Police Commissioner sent a lookout circular against Manoj Kumar to the airports across the country.
On Thursday around 11.30 pm, Manoj Kumar landed Chennai from Kuala Lumpur on Batik Air flight. The immigration officials detained him and informed the Mumbai police.
