Andhra man drowns in sea off Marina

V Suresh Kumar (48) of Warangal in the neighbouring state had come to the city with his family on vacation. While he was swimming at the Marina shore, a giant wave sucked him in. 

Fishermen’s attempt to rescue him proved to be futile and his body washed ashore a few hours later. Anna Square police sent the body to the government hospital for autopsy and registered a case.
