Publish exam results, demand candidates for special teachers
About 35,000 candidates, who had appeared for exams under special teachers’ category for various posts on Monday wrote to the chairman of the Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) demanding immediate publication of the results of the exams held in September last year.

A group of candidates, who have been awaiting their results for seven months, met TRB chairman Nandakumar at DPI campus and submitted a plea to him regarding this.
According to the petitioner, the provisional results were announced in October last year. “But TRB website said that the final results will be published in November last year. To prepare for this exam, we have given up our works in private schools and colleges,” a candidate said. Stating that there are 1,325 vacant posts the candidates said their demands need to be fulfilled immediately.
