Plea on Jaya memorial tender

But a submission has been made by the government that the last date for submitting the tender has been extended until February 21. 

When the plea moved by a civil contractor Natarajan came up for hearing before Justice K Ravichandrabaabu on Tuesday, Advocate General Vijay Narayan made the submission about the postponement of the tender. The judge on recording the same also referred the matter to the registry for posting before the first bench as similar petitions are pending before it.
