Policemen on duty misused their power and even told him to die since he doesn’t have a purpose to live. Meanwhile, police on Thursday booked Manikandan on the charges of attempted suicide.

Further inquiry is on and based on the trial in the court, the policemen concerned will be booked if the charges against them were proved,” said inspector Taramani inspector Bhaskar.
