Chennai-Kovai route train timings altered

Schedule of several express trains crossing Tiruppur have been revised owing to engineering works at Tiruppur railway station on December 14. Train No.12675 Chennai Central – Coimbatore Kovai express, scheduled to leave Chennai Central at 6.10am, has been rescheduled to leave Chennai Central at 9.45am. Train No.12243 Chennai Central – Coimbatore Shatabdi express, scheduled to leave Chennai Central at 7.15am would start from Chennai Central at 9.15am. Train No.12677 Bengaluru – Ernakulam Intercity express, scheduled to leave Bengaluru at 6.15am would start from Bengaluru at 8.40am.

Train No.13352 Alappuzha – Dhanbad express, scheduled to leave Alappuzha at 5.55am has been rescheduled to leave Alappuzha at 7.25am. Train No.12678 Ernakulam – Bengaluru Intercity express, scheduled to leave Ernakulam at 9.10am has been rescheduled to leave Ernakulam at 10.10am. Train No.12676 Coimbatore – Chennai Central Kovai express, scheduled to leave Coimbatore at 2.55pm has been rescheduled to leave Coimbatore at 5.05pm. Train No.12244 Coimbatore – Chennai Central Shatabdi express, scheduled to leave Coimbatore at 3.25 will start from Coimbatore 5.25pm. Special train announced: A Special fare special train no: 01302 Mangalore Junction – Pune would be operated from Mangalore Junction (starting at 3.45pm) on December 27 and January 3, 2018 to clear extra rush of passengers. The train would reach Pune at 1.10pm the next day. Advance reservation for the train is open.
