Girl falls from third floor, unconscious
A 14-year-old school girl slipped and fell from the third floor of her house in Kottur on Wednesday.

Police said that the girl remained unconscious and was under observation at an intensive care unit (ICU) at Sri Ramachandra Medical University Hospital in Porur.Â
After the preliminary inquiry, police said that the girl went to check if the water tank was full, but slipped and fell.Â
She sustained severe injuries in her head. The girl’s father Dharmaraj told police that it was an accident and not a suicide attempt. No case was registered.Â
