23-year-old man stabbed to death by tipsy dad

Police said the father and son duo would often drink together at their residence. On Friday night, an argument broke out between the duo and in a sudden fit of rage, Bathi pulled out a knife and stabbed Dasthagir in the stomach. He immediately collapsed on the floor. 

Neighbours later rushed him to Government Royapettah Hospital and alter to Rajiv Gandhi General Hospital. However, Dasthagir did not respond to treatment and died. Marina police arrested Bathi and remanded him to judicial custody.
