Brave dad rescues kidnapped 1-yr-old
In a real life heroic act, a brave father rescued his one-year-old son from a gang of car-borne kidnappers at Narasimanaickenpalayam

Suresh, a resident of Bhopal, the capital city of Madhya Pradesh, along with a roadside smithy group was staying with his family at Narasimanaickenpalayam.Â
While all of them were asleep around 5 am on Friday, a four-member gang, including a woman, that came in a car in split seconds took away the one-year-old son of Suresh. Even as the gang was dumping the baby boy into the vehicle, he started crying. On hearing the screams, Suresh woke up and was shocked to see his son being abducted in a car.Â
Wasting no time, he was up on his feet and ran towards the car. He managed to hold the driver with one of his hands and then clung to the car. Though one of the inmates of the car stabbed Suresh, he did not give up. Two motorists, who saw a profusely bleeding Suresh holding on the car, chased the vehicle for some distance and stopped it. The high drama finally ended with the motorbikers catching the driver, a youth and the woman in the Car.Â
Meanwhile, another inmate managed to flee spot with the car. All the three were later handed over to Periyanaickenpalayam police. The arrested persons were identified as Siraj Mohideen and Mohammed Ali from Kitchipalayam in Salem and the woman, Poongodi, a commercial sex worker. A badly-injured Suresh was admitted to a hospital. Investigation are on to find out whether the three are part of any child-lifting racket. Â Â Â
